How can I change my email address?
If your email address has changed, please create a new account with the new email address. Your customer admin should be able to delete the old account. If your company does not have a customer admin, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1-855-339-4900 or by email at nabs.ar@amrize.com
What role should I choose?
- User: User will be able to view invoices and tickets but no ability to make payments.
- Admin User: User will have full access to all customer information and the ability to modify company information. User is able to add new user accounts.
- Transactional User: User will have access to make payments and view invoices, tickets, and payment history.
- Operations: User will only be able to access mill certification reports. No access to other customer information.
Why hasn’t my access been approved?

I did not receive an email to verify my email. What should I do?
